EVALUATE RENTS

Coordinate marketing strategy for vacant properties and advertise on our website, numerous rental housing web site, as well as local print advertising (optional).

COLLECT PAYMENTS

Collect security deposit as well as other payments due at lease signing. Move in Inspection: Perform a move in inspection checklist with the new tenant upon move-in

LATE RENT COLLECTIONS

If a tenants rent becomes late, we will send late letters, collect late fees, as well as handle any necessary court filings for eviction/collection in the event of breach of lease agreement.

INSPECTIONS

Perform property inspections to ensure property is being properly maintained, including move in/move out inspections.

ACCOUNTING

Provide monthly and year end financial statements.
